Fan Experience and Data Platform Expand Their Offer and Global Client Base

As part of the agreement, Tappit has acquired Skidata’s loyalty business, including their IP, platform and current client base. Tappit will forge an ongoing partnership with Skidata to seamlessly deliver a best in class loyalty solution to Tappit’s existing clients, whilst also introducing Tappit’s wider platform solutions to Skidata’s client base.
Clients using the current loyalty solution will continue to include Live Nation, MetLife Stadium, Florida State University, Oklahoma City Thunder, Philadelphia Union and Dayton International Airport.
Adding a best in class loyalty element to Tappit’s fan experience platform will enable personalized rewards to be offered to customers when making purchases using their cell phones, wristbands or a simple QR code. The data and insights around customer behavior, that can only be delivered through Tappit’s real-time data suite, will give clients unprecedented insight and this loyalty solution will further cement Tappit’s commitment to reward their partner’s customers.
