10 Year Strategic Alliance Forged Between Tappit And American Dream Owner, Triple Five Group
NEW JERSEY - 25th July, 2023 - Tappit, the global payment and data ecosystem for retail, sports, events, stadiums, and venues, today announced a 10 year partnership with American Dream, the leading entertainment and retail center in East Rutherford, New Jersey owned by Triple Five Group. Leading the way in entertainment and retail customer experience, Triple Five Group are working with Tappit to design and deliver a data driven customer experience strategy, initially across the 3 million square feet site at American Dream, which houses global entertainment brands such as Nickelodeon Universe Theme Park (the biggest indoor theme park in the Western Hemisphere), Dreamworks Water Park (the largest indoor water park in North America), The Rink, Lego Discovery Center, Sea Life Center and over 450 retailers.
Tappit’s white label technology will allow American Dream visitors to make purchases using their cell phones, wristbands or a simple QR code, paying for their food, drinks, merchandise and attractions quickly and efficiently - without the need for a physical wallet or cards. The data and insights around customer behavior, that can only be delivered through Tappit’s real-time data suite, will give American Dream unprecedented insight across the whole of their estate. American Dream will also be working with Tappit’s activation partner On Point, who will utilize the data to offer customers a vast array of incredible offers and incentives to reward American Dream’s loyal customers.
