Tappit has great pleasure in welcoming Lauren Hackenburg to the business as Vice President of Customer Success, North America. Lauren has joined the business to add further value to our clients and support them in delivering a first class experience for their customers.
Based in Austin, Texas, Lauren brings to Tappit a wealth of experience in all things Sports and Entertainment, having successfully held roles in client operations, customer success and partner relationships.
Before joining Tappit, Lauren was more recently with Pogoseat as Director of Partner Success, as well as holding senior positions at both Pollen and Front Gate Tickets.
Lauren is a passionate sports and music enthusiast, a devoted animal lover, and is always on the lookout for her next exciting travel adventure. When she’s not exploring a new city or attending a game or music festival, you'll find her in Texas, enjoying the company of her rescue dog Jenny, and immersing herself in the distinctive "Keep Austin Weird" culture of the city.
