The Tappit team is excited to introduce our latest module, Automated Rewards and Incentives, that lets our clients create targeted rewards based on fan behaviour. So whether you want to offer a cash incentive for new wallet registrations, or want to boost sales of a new product with a recurring promotion, this game-changing development will allow teams to:
Reward and engage fans: Reward your fans for their loyalty with promotions and giveaways and keep them returning to stadiums again and again.
Incentivise behaviours: Whether you want to encourage fans to arrive earlier, stay longer or simply make more purchases, with automated rewards you can create targeted promotions that will help you incentivise behaviours.
Unlock new revenue streams: Let your sponsors get direct access to your fans via their wallets, by running their own rewards and incentive programmes. Use the data from those campaigns to build stronger, more successful sponsorship deals.
The setup is really flexible, meaning that you can create a rewards to drive new registrations to your wallet, increase transaction value and encourage more transactions. Some examples of Reward campaigns include:
REGISTER TO WIN $5 – All new registrations on the first game of the season get $5.
PRE-GAME PREGAME – Spend $25 dollars pregame and receive $5 to spend.
5 PURCHASES, GET A FREE BUD – 5x transactions for free bud.
It only takes a few minutes to create a reward. All you need to do is define:
When you’d like the reward to run – e.g. Every Saturday 12pm-6pm
What event will trigger the offer – e.g. New registration
What the reward will be for the offer – e.g. $5 complimentary balance
How long the offer will be available for – e.g. 30 days
Fans can see all active Campaigns in the “My Offers” section of their wallet. They can click each offer to see the full eligibility criteria. When they are eligible for the reward, it will be applied to their next purchase.
If you’d like to know more about how Automated Rewards and Incentives could help you engage fans, Incentivise behaviours and drive new revenue streams then get in touch, we’d love to hear from you.
